Bawi also coordinates the programmes where more than one partner is involved. For instance, the Climate Justice Fund (CJF) Water Futures Programme funded by the Scottish Government through the University of Strathclyde. Bawi Consultants Coordinated the CJF Water Futures Programme in Malawi and provided the necessary high-level strategic management and advice to the Programme. The partners involved in the programme implementation included BASEflow, World Vision, United Purpose, Catholic Development Commission (CADECOM), District Councils, and the Ministry of Water and Sanitation. Bawi made sure that there was good information flow between different partners in the programme for proper implementation
